Returns

 

All items are Final Sale. We do not accept refunds. We accept an exchange for the same item within thirty (30) days from the date your purchased item was shipped with your receipt or proof of purchase. If thirty (30) days or more have passed since your purchased item was shipped, we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange for the same item, your purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We are unable to exchange any item once it has been altered. To initiate the return and/or repair process, please send an e-mail to info@neelufinejewels.com specifying the reason for the return and/or repair. Thereafter, please mail the purchased item in its original packaging attaching your receipt and/or proof of purchase to Neelu Fine Jewels 645 W. 9th Street Unit #110-147 Los Angeles, California 90015. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchased item for exchange and/or repair. Please be advised shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please e-mail info@neelufinejewels.com the tracking number for the return shipment. Any lost return shipment you sent is your responsibility. 

Upon receipt of your purchased item for exchange or repair, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to an exchange or repair. If you are entitled to an exchange and/or replacement, we will replace the purchased item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or repaired item to reach you may vary.
