Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy

All items are Final Sale. We do not accept returns or refunds. We accept an exchange for the same item within 30 days from the date your purchased item was shipped with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchased item was shipped, we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange for the same item, your purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We are unable to exchange any item once it has been altered. We require it to be in its original packaging and a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us an email at info@neelufinejewels.com and send your purchased item to Neelu Fine Jewels 645 W. 9th Street Unit #110-147 Los Angeles, California 90015. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchased item for exchange.

Upon receipt of your purchased item for exchange, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to an exchange. If you are entitled to an exchange or replacement, we will replace the purchased item.

To return your purchased item for exchange under this policy or repair under our limited warranty, you should mail your purchased item to Neelu Fine Jewels 645 W. 9th Street Unit #110-147 Los Angeles, California 90015.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and insurance for returning your purchased item for exchange or repair. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or repaired item to reach you may vary.
