Please be advised we have a three (3) month limited warranty for any and all our items. If your purchased item is damaged within the first three (3) months from the date the purchased item was shipped, with receipt or proof of purchase and within our limited warranty, we generally will repair and return the item to you. However, please note we do not warranty purchased items against normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, improper maintenance, accident, misuse, negligence, damage, or if the purchased item is used for a purpose for which it was not designed.
We are not responsible for lost nor stolen items once declared "Delivered" by the delivery service.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders to shipping addresses within the United States. We offer worldwide shipping on all orders to international shipping addresses but you will be responsible for paying a flat fee for international shipping costs. Please allow up to five (5) to seven (7) business days after an order is placed for an available, in-stock item to be shipped, unless language to the contrary is stated under the product description. If the available, in-stock item is unable to be shipped within five (5) to seven (7) business days after the order is placed and there is no language to the contrary stated under the product description, we will notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time.

Upon receipt of your purchased item for exchange or repair, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to an exchange or repair. If you are entitled to an exchange and/or replacement, we will replace the purchased item.
